1. Software License Grant Upon successful subscription or purchase, AsthaDash grants the user a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to access and use the platform’s features. This license is intended solely for the internal business operations of the subscribing entity and must align with the specific tier of service selected.

2. Enterprise Usage Policy Our licensing model is designed to scale with your business. Depending on your enterprise agreement, the license may cover a specific number of users, branches, or data volume. Unauthorized sub-licensing, renting, or distribution of the AsthaDash source code or its proprietary modules is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of this agreement.

3. Proprietary Rights All rights, titles, and interests in the software, including but not limited to the underlying code, interface design, and integrated algorithms, remain the exclusive property of AsthaDash. This license does not grant the user any ownership rights; it only provides the right to utilize the service during the active subscription period.

4. Compliance & Auditing To ensure the integrity of our ecosystem, AsthaDash reserves the right to monitor license compliance. Any utilization of the software beyond the agreed-upon limits or any attempt to reverse-engineer the platform will result in immediate suspension of the license and potential legal action under the Intellectual Property laws of Bangladesh.

5. License Renewal & Termination A license is valid for the duration of the paid term. Upon expiration, access to premium features will be restricted unless the license is renewed. Either party may terminate the licensing agreement with prior notice, subject to the conditions outlined in our primary Service Agreement.
